Received the item very quickly. Installed today. Easy to install if you have seen them before (we have old ones elsewhere in the house). High quality. Opens easily. A bit stiffer to close (hence the slightly lower rating) but this could be the weight of pushing up the transom or some wearing in (or may need some lube). Overall pleased with the look and outcome.
