PAYMENTS
Payments &/or deposits are a commitment to proceed & are not refundable if the sale is cancelled. Full payment is due when goods are ready for pick up or dispatch.
REFUNDS
- Returns for incorrect purchases are acceptable as are warranty &/or guarantee related issues.
- Prior to return a written request needs to be submitted & approved within 14 days from date of purchase.
- A restocking fee for orders $100 & above will incur a 15% restocking fee. For orders under $100 the restocking fee is 25%.
- Conditions of return:
- Proof of purchase i.e. Order Number
- Unopened & in original packing.
- Has not been specially manufactured &/or finished
- Returned freight to our warehouse is covered by the customer
DELIVERY
Will be as agreed but should the carrier need to return to the address this will incur an additional charge.
Please note to avoid any possible warranty issue:
- If there are visible signs of damage to the packaging on arrival write “damaged” instead of signing for the delivery.
- Check your order within 48 hours of receipt to ensure all is as ordered & in good condition
*Our Free Delivery offer for orders over $99 includes hardware from Tradco only. You will be quoted a custom shipping rate (based on weight and your location) in the checkout for other orders.

REFUNDS
No refunds will be given if you simply change your mind. Doors are a non-refundable product unless a warranty or guarantee is breached. Where returns are possible customers may be required to pay for the loss we incur as a result i.e. handling/transport costs or any restocking fee charged by our supplier.
COLLECTION
If Goods are being collected; please collect them within 10 days (Commercial customers) or 30 days (retail customers) after we inform you that they are ready for collection. If you do not, then unless you make arrangements with us for late collection, we will assume you have cancelled your order. This means we may re-sell the Goods and you may forfeit any deposit or payment you have made. We may need to verify your identity upon collection.
DELIVERY
By us of heavy &/or bulky goods, if included, are to the footpath only. If carrier needs to return to an address this will incur an additional cost. Please note to avoid any possible warranty issue.
